E-Products Europe BV delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. However, the company reserves the right to refuse delivery based on order size and/or geographical location. We are committed to providing a fair and efficient delivery service and will always inform our valued customers of any applicable limitations.
Customer Communication and Order Status
At E-Products Europe BV, we place great importance on transparency and customer focus.
For this reason, we keep our customers informed at all times regarding the status of ordered or to-be-delivered goods.
We regularly contact our customers by telephone and/or email so that they are always aware of the current status of their order.
Arrangements for Heavy and Large Products
For large and heavy products such as picnic tables, garden benches and garden cabinets, it is important to note that unloading takes place ground floor only.
We kindly ask our valued customers to assist the driver in placing the product in the correct location.
Ownership of Delivered Goods
We remind customers that all delivered goods remain the property of E-Products Europe BV until they have been paid for in full.
This policy is designed to safeguard the quality of our services and ensure a secure transaction.
Delivery Times and Right of Cancellation
The delivery times provided are indicative, and we make every effort to adhere to them as closely as possible.
However, we acknowledge that certain circumstances may affect delivery times.
Therefore, customers have the right to cancel the agreement if the delivery time exceeds 30 days.
Quality Control Upon Delivery
By signing the delivery note, you confirm the proper condition and quality of the delivered goods.
If you do not agree with the quality, you may write your remarks directly on the delivery note.
We will review your comments as soon as possible and resolve any quality issues.
