Online shopping has become standard practice in both Belgium and the Netherlands. When purchasing products remotely, it is important that both the customer and the seller clearly understand their rights and obligations.
E-Products Europe BV has therefore established a clear and transparent return policy that outlines the applicable rules and procedures.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or damage, and preferably in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using sturdy packaging to avoid damage during transport.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 5 business days.
We will request your IBAN number by email in order to complete the refund.
Please note that E-Products Europe BV cannot be held liable for loss or damage occurring during the return shipment.
We recommend sending your package tracked and insured.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product appears used or damaged.
