1. Delivery Appointment for Large Products

Especially for large items: For products such as picnic tables, garden benches, beer tables, and garden cabinets, we personally schedule a delivery appointment in consultation with you. After choosing a suitable date and time, we assist you in carrying and placing these large products in the desired location, such as your garden. Your presence is essential during this process.

2. Standard Delivery via Courier Services

For our smaller interior products: For items such as cabinets, beds, and TV furniture, we use standard courier services such as BPOST, POSTNL, GLS, DHL. These deliveries are made without a fixed appointment, with the courier aiming to deliver to a suitable location. If you are not home, the package will be attempted to be delivered to neighbors or a pickup point.

3. Assembly Service

Available for 98% of our products: For nearly all our products, you can choose our assembly service. This option can be selected on your checkout page, if available.

4. International Delivery

Delivering across borders without extra costs: We offer affordable shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France. The delivery times per country are clearly stated on the product page, so you know exactly when to expect your order. This way, you can enjoy your new purchase without worry.

  • Delivery on the Ground Floor: Please note, deliveries of large products such as picnic tables only take place on the ground floor.
