Care

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately with a microfibre cloth — that keeps the gloss layer streak-free. Do not use abrasives or alcohol-based cleaners.

How prone is high gloss to scratches and fingerprints?
A lacquered surface shows fingerprints sooner than a matt one, but wipes clean just as quickly: a dry microfibre cloth is enough. For scratches the same applies as to any lacquered piece — use coasters for glasses and never put anything abrasive straight onto the top.

Can this piece stand outdoors?
No, this is an indoor piece. The finish is not weather-resistant: moisture and direct sunlight attack the top layer. For outdoor use, E-woodproducts has a separate garden range.
