Delivery appointment
At E-Products Europe BV we understand the importance of efficient and reliable delivery. Prior to delivery, we will contact you by telephone or email to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. This allows us to plan delivery smoothly and keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Assembly service
In addition to delivery, we also offer the option to have your ordered products assembled by our experienced employees. If a product has a mounting option, it will be listed on the product page. If you choose this option, we also kindly ask you to help put the product in the right place before our technicians arrive. This ensures efficient and effective assembly of your new furniture.
International Delivery
We are pleased to announce that we offer delivery in the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France! The best news is that our shipping costs are completely FREE to these selected countries. We have specific delivery times for each country, and these are stated on the product page. We are proud to serve our customers in these countries and strive to provide a fast and efficient service.
Assistance with Loading and Unloading
Assistance with loading and unloading only applies when delivering very large products, such as picnic tables, large garden benches and garden cabinets. Our drivers are there to assist you with the safe and accurate delivery of these large products. For all other products we use renowned parcel services such as BPOST or POSTNL, which deliver the order directly to your home.
Delivery to the Ground Floor
Delivery to the ground floor also only applies to large products such as picnic tables, garden benches and garden cabinets. Unfortunately, we are unable to make deliveries to floors for these products. This policy ensures safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Fast delivery
We are proud to announce that no less than 90% of our range is delivered within just 3 working days! The exact delivery time is also stated on the product page. Please note, however, that the delivery time may be longer for very large products such as picnic tables and garden cabinets.
